Trading Management in Black Swan

The Black Swan chat provides a simple interface to manage and monitor your trading bot. All interactions happen through the Telegram bot — no separate dashboard needed.

Menu Section

In the Menu, you can:

Update API Key

Use the Update API Key function to enter or change your exchange integration key. This is useful when you need to rotate your API keys or switch to a different sub-account.

Check the Status of Current Open Positions

Black Swan usually makes trades every day, but sometimes this section may show zero values. This can happen when:

  • Market volatility is very low
  • Option prices are unusually high
  • The bot is in a transition period between option expirations and the opening of new positions

This is normal behavior — the bot is designed to skip unfavorable setups rather than force trades.

View the Current Trading Status

We recommend checking this section periodically to make sure the bot is working correctly and trading is not interrupted.

Stop or Resume Trading

You can stop or resume trading at any time.

If you stop trading while positions are still open, the change will take effect from the next trading day, after the expiration of the current options.

Telegram Bot

All management is done through the Black Swan Telegram bot. Go there for setup instructions and real-time P&L updates.
